Our return policy is based upon how the rented items are returned.  We ask that you do not place any of the silver, metal, porcelain, china, glass, or any of the service pieces in the dishwasher.  I ask that you gently clean them by hand washing each piece with a mild dishwashing detergent.  Any of the table cloths or backdrops just be returned dirty.  In the event a piece is not returned in the original condition it was received, we ask you replace the piece so that we have a usable item to rent back out.  I know items can get damaged, but we must be able to keep our inventory up.  

On the refund policy, we ask that a small deposit be placed to hold your items for a certain date.  I am asking for 25% deposit of total rentals.  In the event you must cancel your date, I will refund 100% within a two (2) week notice.  If I only receive a notice within 7 days, I will refund 50% of the deposit.  After you are within your 7 days of your event, no refund of the deposit will be made if you cancel.
